ASUS P4R800-V Deluxe Review - Performance Tests 5

    Unreal Tournament 2003

I have included several runs of UT2003 because of some interesting variations depending on which map is used for the test run.

    ASUS P4R800-V Deluxe and UT2003
    Winner: P4R800-V

    ASUS P4R800-V Deluxe and UT2003
    Winner: IC7

After looking over the results you can see why I included so many runs of UT2003. The results were all over the place. Looking at each result individually showed the P4R800-V ahead on 4 tests and the IC7 ahead for 3 tests. There really wasn't any rhyme or reason to why one did better than the other. As far as evaluating the P4R800-V, this is a good thing; it shows its performance to be on par with the IC7-Max3 sporting Intel's top of the line chipset. Also, looking at the average frame rates shows the 9100 IGP being a capable solution for playing a modern graphically intensive game. Granted, you won't be able to run it at the game's highest image quality settings, but that isn't unusual for many video cards.
