POV-Ray

The CK8 came out victorious in this test. POV-Ray is a raytracing program, used for creating 3 dimensional images, such as this one:

Rendering takes a lot of processing power as well as memory throughput since the files can be quite large, depending on the options and sizes chosen. For this test, I used POV-Ray v3.5 and the included benchmark test v1.02. All boards performed similarly; however, the Soyo's victory here can be traced back to its "factory overclocking." The Chaintech, AOpen, and Albatron boards by comparison, run very close to the specified speeds.
