    Benchmarking Continued

Lets continue with some SiSoft Sandra OCA Edition Benchmarks.

    CPU

As the trend continues, the BH7 @2.4GHz kicks along nicely and even pulls away from the IT7 MAX2 V2.0 in ALU performance. FPU is virtually identical. While the Barton 2500+ does really well, it can't compete when Intel's SSE2™ kicks in. @3GHz it's nearly at a healthy 4000 MFLOP's! Notice the P4's rated speed @3GHz. 3267MHz, very sexy!

    CPU Multi-Media

Here the systems run very close in Integer performance. The Intel setups at 2.4GHz clearly dominates and @3GHz is very impressive. The BH7 performs very close to it's IT7 MAX2 V2.0 counterpart.

    Memory Bandwidth

The BH7 with a 2.4CPU is right where it should be in performance. The Barton 2500+ is notably higher with it's native 166Mhz FSB whereas the P4 is only 133. @3GHz and 166FSB the performance jumps up quite a bit yet still lagging behind the Barton 2500+ a bit while running CPU/Memory at a 1:1 ratio. When we increase that to the native 4:5 ratio the BH7 with the Intel P4 @3GHz really takes off in memory performance. Not too shabby.
