Even since back in the days of the mighty BH6 ABIT has been well known for their excellent BIOS options. Feature packed and ready to tweak, ABIT continues to lead the way for enthusiasts in the BIOS area. I've used several different motherboards from several different manufacturers and have yet to see the flexibility and options you'll get with ABIT's SoftMenu™ Technology. I'm just going to cover a few BIOS options here that are native to the BH7.

SoftMenu™ anyone?
Ok, above we see the ABIT SoftMenu™. You'll notice the CPU, PCI, FSB, DRAM and voltage adjustments. Hell, even AGP voltage adjustments! I've yet to see that on an Intel based mobo. Also, for CPU voltage, instead of rasing it in .5v increments, we have percentage increases. I'm still trying to get used to this but our increase can go as high as 30%! That's quite a jump for CPU voltage and a welcome option for us hardcore overclockers....er "enthusiasts". Curious about specific PCI BUS frequencies? So was I, lets take a look.
As we saw previously with the ABIT IT7 MAX2 V2.0 we have 33, 37 and 44MHz Fixed frequencies in addition to Ext. Clock/3 and Clock/4. Now with the BH7, they have added Ext. Clock/5 and Clock/6! ABIT has included just about every possible option to get your system tweaked and maxed to it's fullest potential. It doesn't get much better than this folks. Here are a few more BIOS shots to take a look at before we move on to the Benchmarks section.
Time to head to the Benchmarking section. Lets rock and roll!
