    iPod Mini Review - Packaging

The iPod mini comes in a small cube box with iPod mini written on one side, actual size pictures of the iPod on two other sides, an enlarged picture of the Click Wheel on the fourth side, an Apple logo on the top, and features/requirements on the bottom.

Sliding the outer cover off is a box which opens down the center to reveal a greeting from Apple:

    iPod Mini

Basically Apple wants you to fall in love with their iPod, and this box design really shows it. The first message you see is "Designed by Apple in California." Flipping the left panel reveals "Enjoy". And lastly flipping the right panel is the iPod mini in all its glory. Ever notice the iPod's white headphones? They seem to really stand out. In fact the whole product's theme color is white, even though the mini comes in five colors. Just look at the box; it's all white!

The included accessories are simple: an outlet charger, which uses the FireWire cable to connect to the iPod, an USB cable, and a belt clip. All of which are white. Oh don't forget the signature white headphones...

Also included is an instruction manual, reference guide, one-year limited warranty information, and software CD.
