iHome iH5, an iPod Clock Dock Review - What's in the box?

When I opened my iHome, I was greeted by a nicely packaged product.  The iHome comes in black and white color (depending on your preference), and I got a white one (to match my 20gb iPod).  Upon removing everything from the box, here is what I had:

    • iHome iH5
    • Docking inserts
    • Stereo analog audio interconnect cable
    • External AM antenna
    • AC power adapter
    • User's manual
    • Remote Control
    • Rhino-skin iPod Protector

When doing a little research about the iHome on the web, it seems that the remote control does not come with every unit, but is available seperately.  At the time of this writing, the remote control can be purchased seperately for $20.  I was one of the lucky ones, and got the remote with my iHome.  If you shop around, you will find that some packages will come with the remote.  Mine also included a Rhino-skin aluminum iPod protector, which is also not part of the standard package.
