The maps on the 930 GPS are informative and can be viewed in either 2D or 3D. The 3D maps are great, as they will give you accurate depictions of upcoming intersections to eliminate confusion. Information such as distance to next turn, remaining distance, and estimated time of arrival are also displayed. There is even a feature that tells you which lane to be in for your upcoming command. All directions are audible and there are 24 languages available for use.

Bluetooth is also available with the GO 930, and you can even import your address book onto the GPS from your phone to make calls from the device. If you happen to be in an emergency, the Where Am I? feature tells you your location to the nearest intersection, as well as the closest hospital, service center, or police station to give you peace of mind. You can then use the Bluetooth capability to dial out to any of these facilities via the GPS.
In addition to its excellent navigational features, the GO 930 also has multimedia capabilities. You can listen to MP3s, audio books, and view photos through your GPS. There is also a built-in FM transmitter so you can listen to your music through your car’s radio. If you have an IPod, you can listen to it through the GO 930 if you purchase a kit that costs $29.95.
The TomTom GO 930 GPS is a great device. Its navigational options and power are excellent, giving you the means to customize your trip and route to your liking. The ability to enter addresses or destinations via voice commands is a definite plus as well. Bluetooth capabilities and multimedia add another dimension to an already complete product. If navigational accuracy and flexibility are of the utmost importance to you when using a GPS, then you should go out and purchase the TomTom Go 930.
