The Samsung SPH-M240 and the Samsung SPH-M330 Cellular Phones for Sprint - Camera and Design
(Page 4 of 4 )
Another nice addition to the feature set of the Samsung SPH-M330 is a VGA camera. While it's not the highest quality camera, the pictures produced are not bad. You can take shots in different resolutions and quality settings, and also adjust brightness, color, and more. A self-timer is included as well. Unfortunately, the camera will not record video as with other camera phones. You can share your newly taken photos with friends via multimedia message when you are finished.

The Samsung SPH-M330 has a simple slider design with a nice white and silver color scheme. It’s quite portable; it weighs 3.17 ounces and measures 3.37 inches tall by 1.78 inches wide by 0.59 inch thick. The front of the phone is dominated by a 2-inch display with 160x120 resolution. The graphics are not the greatest, but at least the menu interface is intuitive.
Beneath the display rests the navigational controls, which are large and easy to use. Once you slide the phone up, its backlit keypad is revealed. The keys are very flat but are still easy to type with. Completing the design of the SPH-M330 is a volume rocker and 2.5mm jack on the left spine, a camera shutter and micro USB charging port on the right spine, and a camera lens on the back.
The Samsung SPH-M330, while pretty basic, is a step up from the SPH-M240 thanks to its inclusion of Bluetooth and a camera. The fact that it comes for free with a service plan is another reason to choose it over the SPH-M240.
