    • Multi-shot feature of the camera
    • Crisp and clear sub-LCD screen
    • Fun and colorful National Geographic screensavers and menu screens

    Cons

    • Very small keys make it hard to operate for certain people
    • Screen size is considerably smaller than the other two models
    • Hard to get a grip of the phone – small and round case makes it difficult

    Toshiba VM4050Toshiba VM4050

    Pros

    • Large Poly-Silicon TFT screen
    • Well-placed buttons and sidekeys
    • Finder scope for the still camera
    • User-customizable second menu screen

    Cons

    • Large and “Boxy” design
    • Poor Speakerphone sound quality
    • Dull colors on the Sub-LCD
    • Poor battery performance

    Conclusion

If you are like me and love all the bells and whistles in a cell phone and size is not a big issue to you, then Toshiba VM4050 is definitely the phone for you. If, however, you are a disgruntled NEXTEL user and would like an alternative, then Sanyo VM4500 will give you just that and even more. With its video/still camera, speakerphone and a Push-to-talk feature, it will serve the purpose for most anyone who is interested in trying something new.

An average user, however, will probably go for more simple, smaller phone with almost all the features that the other ones offer but has more style and looks to it, like the Samsung model. Bottom line, all three models have something unique about them; it all depends on you and what your needs really are. Just visit your local retailer and check them out for yourself. It will definitely be an eye-opener on today’s cellular technology and the progress over the past few years.
