SanDisk`s New Sansa Clip Plus MP3 Player
If you're familiar with SanDisk's Sansa Clip players (and even if you're not), you're in for a treat. This maker of flash memory took a look at the line and decided to give them an overhaul. Now known as the Clip+, these new MP3 players improve nicely on the old favorite. Keep reading to find out what we think of them.
SanDisk heralds itself as being the "global leader in flash memory cards," but they've also seen great success as a result of their affordable, compact music players. Their Sansa Clip players, however, have proven to be incredibly popular, which may be why the company has decided to update them.
Sometimes "updates" end up looking, feeling, sounding, and behaving like an entirely different product, but it seems as if SanDisk knew they had a good thing on their hands, and as everyone knows, you don't mess with a good thing. The Sansa Clip+ is an excellent follow-up that builds upon the nearly perfect foundation of its predecessor.
Still present is the device's ultra-compact design and excellent sound quality, but with the addition of some new, useful features. In this economy, sometimes the price of the item is the biggest selling point, and SanDisk does not disappoint here either. The Clip+ is available in 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB options and sells for $39.99, $49.99, and $69.99, respectively. Let's take a look at the Sansa Clip+'s design, new features, and performance.
