    Samsung Reclaim SPH-M560 - Features

As mentioned, the Samsung Reclaim SPH-M560 comes with a good amount of features, especially when you consider its wallet-friendly price. As far as bare-boned phone features go, the SPH-M560 comes with a speakerphone, text messaging, multimedia messaging, a calendar, a note pad, world clock and metric converter for the jet-setting crowd, both a regular calculator and a tip calculator for the mathematically challenged, an alarm clock, and a stopwatch.

For those who are always on the run, or just like to look important with their earpiece in public, the SPH-M560 also comes with Bluetooth that supports stereo profiles, voice and dialing commands, mass storage, USB transfer, and instant messaging. The accessories that come with the SPH-M560 in its eco-friendly box are a 512 MB micro USB card as well as the aforementioned Energy Star approved charger.

Those who place a premium on customizing their cell phones will like the fact that they can do so with the Reclaim SPH-M560 by using any of the 26 ringtones or variety of screensavers that come loaded on the phone. Of course there is always the option of downloading more online onto the phone from Sprint as well. You can further customize the SPH-M560 by allocating different ringtones to different contacts, and even add a photo to each contact as well if you tend to forget names easily like I do.

No matter how popular you are, you will be hard pressed to overload the contact storing capabilities of the Reclaim, as it has the capacity to hold up to 600 contacts. Each contact slot can hold a bevy of personalized information such as the contact’s various phone numbers, email address, screen names, website, notes, and title, among others.

These contacts can be grouped according to their association with you, whether it be business or personal. To keep on the safe side, you can also store all of your contacts to Sprint’s servers in case you ever lose your phone, it gets stolen, or you happen to take a swim with it.

Besides the typical phone conversations or text messaging, you can also keep in contact with others via email on the Samsung Reclaim SPH-M560. You can painlessly sync your Outlook email as well as your contacts and calendar to the SPH-M560 or access popular POP3 email services from Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo on your phone.
