RIM Blackberry Curve 8330 for Sprint

The Blackberry Curve 8330 from RIM has now become available for Sprint users. Sprint users can purchase the Blackberry Curve 8330 for $179.99 after rebates with a two year contract. In this article, we will see what it has to offer the demanding mobile device user.

Sprint’s version of the Curve 8330 carries the same design as its counterparts and comes equipped with 3G and an integrated GPS for those who like to get their driving directions while on the go directly from their phones. Unfortunately, the Sprint version of the Curve 8330 lacks Wi-Fi. It does however come with messaging from a wide variety of messaging services, a camera that also records video, and Bluetooth.

Physically, Sprint’s Blackberry Curve 8330 is a bit larger and heavier than its GSM counterparts, weighing in at 4.2 ounces and measuring 4.2 inches high by 2.4 inches wide by 0.6 inches deep. This is due to having to house its 3G chip. It is titanium in color, except for the keyboard which is black. The full QWERTY keyboard’s buttons are small, yet properly spaced for easy typing.
