    LG Tritan - Features

Upping the ante a bit more in the features department, you also get GPS capability, which is always nice to have if you travel frequently or tend to be on the road for work. The Tritan is also Bluetooth stereo capable, and allows you to stream music wirelessly from your computer to your phone for listening. Also present is microSDTM 16GB support, which allows you to transfer pictures, music, and video from the Tritan to your computer via USB. For the more business-minded or even students, there is a document viewer that allows you to view PDF and Microsoft Office files.

For surfing the net while on the go, there is a full HTML browser that goes hand in hand with the nicely-sized display of the Tritan. You can zoom in and out of pages in addition to viewing them in full screen or fit to width mode. If you are like me and have the tendency to view several pages at once, that is not a problem, as you can have multiple sites open via tabbed browsing. The browser has Flash Lite support as well, and you can even view video content on YouTube if you wish from your phone.

There are some extra perks to being a US Cellular subscriber if you own the LG Tritan with the carrier’s EasyEdge service. With this service, you can get mobile access to most popular email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. Using the Tritan’s integrated GPS, EasyEdge can also supply you with turn by turn navigational services, as well as several other downloadable apps available online. For the paranoid out there, City ID is a function that will give you specific data on the location of incoming calls to your phone. Not a bad feature to have if you are the type who hesitates answering calls from unfamiliar numbers.
