LG Dare Cell Phone - Performance

When it comes to cameras on cell phones, usually they are an afterthought. Not so with the LG Dare. Its 3.2 mega pixel camera puts out quality photos that would make a real camera blush. Photos come out sharp and with great color.

There are several customizable options when taking photos, and you can also edit them once you are done. You can even add effects to the photos or frames, just as you would in Photoshop.

The LG Dare features a built-in camcorder that gives you the ability to do high-speed video recording and then play it back in slow motion. Videos come out blurry at times, but that is common with cell phone recordings.

This smart phone is not shabby when it comes to performance either. Call quality is excellent, with little interference or static. The speakerphone works great and disguises itself well. Web browsing is pleasant thanks to fast page loading; even videos load without too much stalling. Listening to music on this phone is pleasant as well, but it is just a phone after all, so it is recommended that you use headphones for optimal audio quality. LG claims the Dare provides 15 days of standby time and 4.6 hours of talk time on a charged battery.

Those who want a cheaper alternative to the iPhone should give the LG Dare a look. It is loaded with options and has a touch screen that is simple and quick to use. The camera is top notch and call quality is excellent as well. It lacks WiFi, but for the price, it is a touch screen phone that is sure to satisfy anyone that purchases it.
