HTC Ozone - Keeping in Contact and Organized
(Page 2 of 4 )
For those with several contacts, either personal or business, the HTC Ozone is only limited in terms of its available memory. There is no maximum set number of contacts that you can input into the Ozone. For each contact, you can add several of their phone numbers, email addresses, and instant messaging screen names, as well as their birthdays, so you do not forget to call them on that special date. You can also group your contacts according to their purpose or relation to you. You can further customize the Ozone by adding a specific picture or ringtone to each of the contacts.
Besides the occasional phone call, you can keep in touch with your contacts on the HTC Ozone via email, text, IM, or multimedia messaging. You can access many POP3 and IMAP email accounts. The Ozone allows its users to perform real time email messaging thanks to Microsoft Direct Push Technology.
You can also synchronize your Outlook information such as your tasks, contacts, and calendar to your Ozone through the Exchange Server. You can use ActiveSync, Wireless Sync, or Windows Mobile Device Center for synchronizing purposes with your work-related data, and view and edit Microsoft Office files such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint while you are on the run thanks to the Microsoft Office Mobile feature. Remote Desktop Mobile is another useful feature available on the Ozone.
If you do not use Outlook to keep organized, the Ozone comes loaded with the standard organizational tools such as a task list, calendar, alarm, and calculator for the mathematically challenged. To help you become less organized and distracted, the Ozone comes with two games to kill your work efficiency and waste your employer's money: Bubble Breaker and Solitaire.
