Feminine and Fashionable Cell Phone Round-Up - Another Half Dozen

On the previous page we promised to go further, with the presentation of truly beautiful and well-performing smart phones. Let's begin with the LG KE850 Prada. And if possible, aim for the 24 carat gold edition! Prada is an Italian high fashion company. They modified the LG KE850 phone to make it into a powerful signature cell with striking looks. The non-gold patented edition looks just as good; check it out too.

The beauty of this handset is that it barely weights 85 grams, battery included. Its design is charming and very slim; what can you say about 12 millimeters? The phone comes with a fashion-designed leather case. You should keep it enclosed in the case because the screen, apparently, is easily scratchable. This depends on the user, of course. You can use protective shields for the screen.

On another note, it should be said the since this phone does not sport a keyboard, it's purely touch-screen based. Sure enough, this is the future of phones, but hey. One thing is for sure: this phone has already won so many prizes and awards in terms of design and aesthetics that it truly represents a fashionista mobile phone-designed by a fashion house dedicated to women looking for luxury accessories.

Nokia, probably the most successful mobile manufacturer, has three unique series of phones just "for her." Here we include the L'Amour line of phones, such as the Nokia 7360, 7370, 7373, 7390. Speaking of the L'Amour editions, these phones come in various colors from creamy white up to pink and gold. However, there are special editions of these envisioned by Giambattista Valli, the fashion designer.

"I was intrigued by the inspiration to define the mobile phone as a fashion accessory."

    ~ Giambattista Valli

While the above Nokia 7373 Special Edition by the fashion designer may be loved by many, there exists another variation of it; its another design that somehow imparts a more luxurious presence and, frankly, makes it part of the glamor. Yes, it's black, but it does not look like any other phone that's black. Check it out below and at this site.

Furthermore, another model from Nokia that targets style-conscious customers is the irresistible Luna 8600. The striking looks of the Luna are derived especially from its simplicity. It's a simple yet beautiful phone. It catches your glance... its sleek lines, great attention to detail, and elegance lights it up even at night. The phone sports quite a few functions, a two mega-pixel camera, and a glass slider!

Now that we have mentioned Nokia's dedicated series for its most exclusive and extravagant customers, we cannot forget about its first and foremost VERTU series. It should be known, however, that the top-end cells from the Vertu division, subsidiary of Nokia, go for as much as $70,000 if not even more. But they're constructed from rare materials, sapphires, rubies, expensive crystals... and platinum.

On top of everything, Vertu cellular phones sport display screens composed of sapphire crystals, meaning they are resistant to scratches. Theoretically, you can't scratch them. They are also water-resistant, shock-resistant (due to the titanium enclosure, on some models), and all that. These are unique fashion accessories dedicated to VIPs. Unless you're striving to compete with Victoria Beckham, we somehow doubt you'd need one.

In the above screen shot you can see the various crystals, along with the gold-plated lines and curves around the buttons. There are lots of editions and models. Oh, and be careful; since VERTU phones are so expensive and unique in terms of reputation, there are a lot of fake companies that imitate their design. So you may pretty well get your hands on a VEPTU without losing an arm and a leg from your bank account.

In order to finish the feminine cellular phone round-up we still need to mention a few other models. Some of the gals might want up-to-date ultra smart phone features and functions in their phones. Say hello to pocket PCs; that's the solution. HTC has an innovative design applied to mobile devices. The HTC TyTN II, codenamed Kaiser, is a true MS Windows Mobile-powered pocket PC with a compact slider QWERTY keyboard.

The list of features that this pocket PC sports is extensive; anything from a sat-nav assisted GPS up to the ultimate mobile office solutions. It even includes a three mega-pixel camera. Besides, what's left to say when we're talking about a pocket computer? You can do almost anything with it. There are practically unlimited third party applications too.

And finally, in closing, we'd like to present another Nokia phone. More exactly, the Nokia Prism series: 7500 and 7900. Though this phone series wasn't created by fashion designers or anything, it is pretty much unique. The entire phone is based on a diamond-cut design and angled lines. The handset is really slim and there are 49 possible color choices that can be selected for illumination!

As you can see, the beauty of the Prism series comes from the LED illumination that comes from underneath the key-mat. The wallpaper is also called "living wallpaper" because it can change during the day. The list of features is also quite impressive. All in all, it's worth checking out, especially if you'd somehow prefer a phone that just never gets boring. Prism may have that "something."
