PeopleSoft, from Businessobjects.com and shown in Figure 14-28, provides mobile professionals with easy access to corporate applications. Using menu-based software, you can execute wireless transactions using the BlackBerry. With RIM support in PeopleTools, PeopleSoft applications also allow you to receive help tickets and schedule appointments and access other corporate data.
SAP on BlackBerry SAP, shown in Figure 14-29, extends the power of mySAP.com to executives, salespeople, service technicians, warehouse staff, or anyone who needs mobile access and uses the BlackBerry. The key capabilities of mySAP Mobile Business include Mobile Workplace, a personalized portal for accessing mySAP.com and non-SAP information, applications, and services; Mobile Customer Relationship Management; Mobile Business Intelligence with mobile access to data warehousing, reporting, and analysis capabilities; Mobile Travel Management; Mobile Procurement; and Mobile Supply Chain Management.

Siebel E-Business Applications
Siebel E-Business applications, shown in Figure 14-30, helps you integrate Siebel applications with the BlackBerry. With this mobile solution, you can readily access Siebel e-business applications and data for quick and easy reporting. If your company already uses Siebel applications and wants to extend them to the BlackBerry, you can easily do so with this software.
Support.com Mobile Support Suite The Support.com Mobile Support Suite, shown in Figure 14-31, is designed to enable help desk technicians to deliver solutions to the BlackBerry, which helps users resolve their own PC and handheld support problems via self-service and gives support analysts the ability to resolve user problems via remote-assisted service. The software includes features that automate many common support activities, and it aids in the diagnosis of problems and the distribution of software fixes.

eAgency Wireless Exchange Platform
eAgency, shown in Figure 14-32, gives financial advisors a method for keeping track of daily events and schedules, including a schedule for the day, purchases, leads, sales, commission reports, and so on. Corporate users can view sales data in real-time, examine consumer trends, and communicate directly with their representatives using the BlackBerry. It’s like having a wireless agent!
Midcast MidCast, shown in Figure 14-33, is a financial application that runs on Java-based BlackBerry handhelds. The application is a streaming application that provides automatically updated information concerning the financial market. The application works by communicating with the HillCast Server Engine, which then distributes the appropriate data back to the user.

Sona Broker
SonaBroker for BlackBerry is secure and easy stock information software designed to deliver near real-time market information to BlackBerry. Sona, shown in Figure 14-34, uses its own Sona Wireless Platform (SWP) with the BlackBerry; this includes end-to-end 128-bit security reliable performance through the use of back-end Java and XML technologies.
QBS For BlackBerry QBS for BlackBerry extends existing QBS functionality to the BlackBerry. QBS, from the Warshaw Group and shown in Figure 14-35, allows you to create and distribute questionnaires, surveys, and other kinds of forms to BlackBerry users.
