    PC Test Bed

    • Intel P4 505 2.66 GHz @ (20x200 for DDR533, 20x215 for DDR572)

    In Sandra 05, the memory performs much faster as the memory speed is increased, but because of the non-functioning 2:3 divider, the CPU must be overclocked to 266MHz, then use the working 3:4 divider. My CPU is not capable of doing this.

    Again the memory performs slower than normal, but decreasing the latency offers an excellent boost in performance.

    Here we ran the sticks at 44410 and dropped the latency to 3224. This decreased the score a considerable amount, which is very good. Increasing bus speed with lowered latencies shows a massive improvement in the score.
