Kingston's PC3200UL attains a higher average and peak frames per seconds but lower low frames per second. Again these differences are not that significant.

The Kingston PC3200UL wins all three categories -- barely.

    Overclocking

All overclocking results were achieved with memtest86, Prime95, and numerous game-play testing, for at least a 24 hour period. Increasing the voltage above 2.8 volts (2.7 V actual) did not yield any better results.

The Corsair PC3200XL has the edge by 22MHz DDR at the tightest timings while Kingston's 3200UL has the edge at CAS 2.5 and CAS3. Like the benchmark results these results are somewhat meaningless. With two different sets of RAM these could easily have been reversed. Both sets of RAM have high potential.
