Well to say the least. These sticks are amazing. They perform very well even though my motherboard is limiting me to using 2T when these memory modules can easily run 1T. These memory modules are also capable of running considerably faster. My motherboard has limited me to benchmarking up to 240mhz. but a quick test on the DFI LAN Party nForce 4 Ultra D shows these memory modules are capable of running 260mhz at CAS 1.5 if you can give the memory 3.6v.
What does that mean exactly? Well if you have a motherboard intended to get the most out of your memory. These sticks will run considerably faster than in my review here. A nearly 500 point drop in bandwidth is seen by switching to 2T. On a motherboard capable of running 1T at 260mhz will yield very respectable results.
I’d like to thank everyone for checking out our review of the GeIL’s Ultra X PC3200 memory, this memory is great for overclockers, with the available voltage settings in bios, pick up these sticks if you need cheap high performance memory. You can also check out GeIL’s entire memory product line as they produce memory for nearly all components. Of course we encourage everyone to check out our forums and to join our community and hope you look forward to reading your next devhardware review.
