This suite of programs contains three memory benchmarks, and I utilized all of them for this review. These benchmarks show us the memory read, write, and latency of each test speed.
In both the reading and writing we see a nice jump from timings and then we see another smaller increase when overclocking. I was surprised with how much gain I got from timings alone.
I was really impressed with the results from tightening the latency up. In the past I haven’t seen this much gain from simply tightening. When we go back to stock timings and then overclock we see a slight gain for tighter timings. This really isn’t surprising to me. We have seen more gains from timings than speed.
