Watch TV with ATT`s LG Invision - Design

LG Invision is one of the skinniest mobile phones on the market. Its dimensions are 4.05 inches (height) x 2.08 inches (width) x 0.47 inches (thickness). The LG Invision's color is black with chrome around the edges, while the back has a rubberized texture. It's an attractive, sleek phone that most people would be happy to carry around.

Located on the front of the LG Invision is a 2.2-inch display, which displays 65,000 colors. Its screen has 320 x 240 pixel resolution, making the colors lively and stunning. You will be able to view your shows in wide-screen and full-length broadcast-quality format. You can modify your settings, such as menu styles, brightness and contrast, or the backlight timer. You can also change the color and size of the dialing font.

The LG Invision features a unique keypad. Generally, on mobile phones, you'll find the three keys, such as pound or star key, on the bottom of the keypad. With the LG Invision however, they're located on the right side. Although these keys are easy to find and use, you'll have to get used to their location.

The LG Invision also features a unique navigation array. The array, a four-way toggle, is located as a cross inset in the center of the keypad. The navigation array also serves as your shortcut to access your instant messenger application, My Stuff folder, new text message, or the contacts list. You can also use the OK key, which is located in the center, as a shortcut to access your browser application; that's a pretty standard feature. Also worth noting is that you must be in standby mode to perform this function.

The navigation array still has the usual softkeys: End/Power, Send, and Clear/Back keys. However, one unique softkey you won't find on other mobile phones is the TV button. As previously stated, this is the button you press to access AT&T Mobile TV.

Other functions you will find on the LG Invision are volume rocker, microSD card slot, and the charger jack. These are located on the left side of the phone. On the other hand, if you need to use multiple applications or take pictures, you will find these buttons on the right side. The camera lens is located on the back of the phone.

The LG Invision consists of a camera and camcorder. The 1.3 megapixel camera features various resolutions, including 160 x 120, 320 x 240, 640 x 480, and 1280 x 960 pixels. As far as the zoom function goes, you can get up to 4x digital zoom. You can change your camera settings, such as quality, white balance, brightness, color effects, shutter tones, or self-timer. Use the Image Editor function to rotate, crop, resize, or change the color effects.

If you're a video aficionado, the LG Invision offers video resolutions in 176 x 144 and 320 x 240 pixels. The LG Invision has the following video record modes: general and MMS. You can record up to about 60 minutes in general mode. In MMS, you can record up to approximately 42 seconds of video.

When it comes to memory, the LG Invision has a microSD memory port that supports 8GB of additional memory. You can use the USB Mass Storage to transport data from your phone to your PC. To transfer music to your LG Invision, you will need a microSD card and USB cable. You must purchase the card separately.
