    But let’s assume that you are happy with the scenes that you haveshot and are ready to view it on the big screen. At this point it issimply a matter of getting the signals, both audio and video, to theintended television. There are many different cable configura- tions,but usually this is done through the red and yellow RC cables. Locatethe plugs on the camcorders where the plugs connect to, and plug in thecables. Then, find the corresponding plugs on your television or VCR orDVD player. It is very similar to plugging in your VCR. The cablesshould be color coded. Be patient and try it until it works.

    After the cables are correctly attached, use the play function ofthe camcorder to play the video. Your movie is on TV! In part two ofthis article will deal with capturing your footage and using videoediting software to create your Oscar winner, so stay tuned!
