The first test, before even testing the functionality of the unit, is the "how does this look on my desk" test. The particular machine I did the testing on is the kid's machine in my house (AMD 64 3600XP with 1GB RAM).

As you can see, this monitor plays nicely with the computer desk it sits upon. Black is a very neutral color, and normally goes with everything. This instance was no exception. Look how handsome that monitor looks on that desk.

The buttons to control this monitor rest on the bottom right hand side of the screen. Pressing the MENU button gives you access to the on-screen menu for monitor adjustments:

There are a number of options, but most of them were unnecessary, since there is an "AUTO ADJUST" button that does an amazing job.

Here's a shot from the side, to really illustrate how thin this monitor is. Compared to the 19" Viewsonic CRT that is going back on this desk in a couple of days, this monitor is tiny.
