Lenovo ThinkVision L2251x Wide and the Samsung PX2370 - Lenovo Features and Design

The L2251x does offer a nice extra that helps separate it from the crowd. It comes with an integrated webcam and microphone that are great if you want to video chat with others. Having this built into the monitor helps save you from having to buy a webcam and microphone separately.

Looks-wise, the ThinkVision L2251x is pretty basic. It has a matte black finish that does not really stand out in any way, but it still should fit well into any setting. Its bezel measures 0.6 inches, and its panel from front to back is 2.1 inches thick.

The L2251x sits on a black stand that is shaped as half an oval. The stand is decent in terms of sturdiness, and measures 10.8 inches wide by 7.8 inches deep.

Most impressive about the L2251x's design is its ergonomic features. You can adjust the monitor's height, tilt it back 20 degrees, swivel it 45 degrees to either side, and even pivot it a full 90 degrees to view it in portrait mode. If you wish to mount it to a wall, you can do that as well.

Finishing off the L2251x's design is its connectivity, which is a mixed bag. On the positive side, you get four USB ports. You also get a VGA port, an audio-in port, and a DisplayPort. Unfortunately, you do not get a DVI port, so some users may have to get a special adapter for that type of connection.

The Lenovo ThinkVision L2251x is a solid pick as a monitor. While its connectivity is lacking a bit, it offers good performance and superb ergonomics. The integrated microphone and webcam are a nice addition, too.
