LG 32LH20 and Westinghouse SK-32H640G - Westinghouse SK-32H640G LCD television

The Westinghouse SK-32H640G is a 32-inch entry-level LCD that is affordable, yet disappointing in its features. Other than its pocket-friendly price, there is not much to tout about the television. You can find the Westinghouse SK-32H640G for a little over $400.

The SK-32H640G is a 720p HDTV with 1,366x768 resolution, which is fine for a television of its size. Unfortunately, the picture quality produced by the set is not the greatest in its class. In particular, the color accuracy is a bit off, and the black levels are more on the lighter side, so those who have a real eye for small nuances in picture may want to look elsewhere.

Fans of picture adjustments will also be disappointed with the Westinghouse SK-32H640G, as its selection of available settings is sparse. There are five picture presets in all, one of which is a custom mode. Unlike many other televisions in its class, you cannot adjust the presets other than the custom one, and they are not independent per input, so your choices are really restricted when it comes to picture tweaking.
