Antec ARIA Micro-ATX Case Review - Installation
(Page 6 of 8 )
Let's start the installation and see what this ARIA looks like in action. For a motherboard I selected the VIA M10000 EPIA. The size of the M10000 makes the ARIA look roomy and spacious. But, if you stick a Micro-ATX motherboard in this case, things will get tight. The reason I chose to match the VIA M10000 with the Antec ARIA is that this motherboard runs very quietly and is very cool, and the ARIA has limited air flow. So with that I had a perfect match -- a quiet case with a super quiet Power Supply and a cool and quiet motherboard.

The ARIA looks so spacious with the M10000 mounted there. The only drawback to matching this motherboard to this case is that the PCI slot on the motherboard is useless because the width of the motherboard doesn't clear the power supply. But that is neither Antec's or VIA's fault. This is a Micro-ATX case and this is a Mini-ITX board. Other than that this board fits like a dream and this case is the Ritz Carlton of Micro-ATX cases.
