Ahanix MCE601 - A closer look
I will start with the inside and work my way out. This case isn’t made for overclockers, but still has some decent cooling.
There are two fans on the back of the case. They move air around the case, but can’t push out the same amount as the bigger fans that come with many cases. There are also slots below the mounting brackets for the hard drives and optical drives. There are no fans near the slots, but they should still allow for some air flow going around these devices.
The hard drive and optical media bays are both removable. It would be nearly impossible to get the hardware into the case otherwise. If you have big hands and short screwdrivers, then getting the screws back on the sides closest to the case might be tight.
There is plenty of room to put the ATX motherboard it. There isn’t as much room as there is in a full sized case, but getting the motherboard in is not a problem.
